For Youthful Health products are covered by a 30 day money back satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied simply return the un-used portion or empty bottle within 30 days of purchase and we will issue a full refund for the cost of the product within 10 business days.
(This guarantee applies to consumers only who have purchased products directly through the 4YH web-site or the 4YH toll free order line. Purchases from a retail store must be returned in accordance with the stores return policy.)
Orders that are received by 3:00 PM (EST) are shipped by 5:00 PM that same day. Orders received after 3:00 PM will be shipped the next business day. (excluding weekends and holidays)
Standard UPS Ground shipping is 2 to 7 business days, depending on where you live.
Please note that all packages delivered to residences require a signature. We require a signature so that we can make sure that you receive the packages and that they are not misplaced or stolen from your home. In the event that you require an alternate delivery address, please e-mail instructions to us at shipping@4yh.com as soon as possible.
The Club Membership program ensures that you never run out of your For Youthful Health product. You'll automatically receive another bottle each month. You will continue to receive a 20% discount on each refill. Your credit card will be automatically billed when your refill ships, unless you cancel before the date of shipment.
You have no obligation to remain in the Club Membership program. If during your first 30 days, or anytime thereafter, you want to cancel your subscription, contact customer service within 30 days of your shipping date by calling 1-888-611-5678 or e-mail us at care@4yh.com. Until you choose to cancel, you will continue to save time and money by receiving automatic refills of your For Youthful Health product at the discounted Club Membership price.
You must cancel Club Membership orders prior to next shipment. No returns will be accepted if the Club Membership was not cancelled prior to the next shipment. Packages marked "Return to Sender" will not be processed or refunded.
